Alanya Municipality “Smart Service Building” project
With the city’s intelligent building system the “Alanya Municipality Service Building” will be completed and
it will offer a quick and easy services to our citizens.
This building is suitable, harmonious and environmentally friendly planned to the Alanya´s atmosphere .
“Alanya Municipality Smart Service Building” will be located in Oba District, Cumhuriyet Mahallesi, Sarikadioglu Caddesi 1273 in a 19.000m² area.
North and south side of the building will have two entrances, the area can be used as a town square equipped with various functions and will offer for the citizens a public environment.
Therefore, this area has been designed as a semi-open amphitheater, where events and exhibitions can be performed.
Alanya Municipality Service Building will have the most visited offices on the ground and on the 1st floor for the citizens to visit.
Also an underground car park in the building will be available.
