Alanya Properties currently manages 7 complexes with over 740 apartments, with owners from many different nationalities.
As management we not only manage the day to day running of complexes, which consists of taking are of the day to day running of the complex, managing staff, complex security, monitoring social facilities and the complex security, we also take care of the complex accounting, and any repairs, renovations or maintenance work that is required within the complex.
The property management service we provide for individual properties includes monthly checks on your property, arranging and managing repairs and renovations to your home, assistance with the setting up of electricity, water telephone and internet subscriptions, as well as the paying of any bills relating to this subscriptions. Our staff will also assist you with the organization of airport transfer, tours or excursions, and the purchasing of furniture, textiles or vehicles, as well as a range of other services.
This individual property management service is available for an annual fee of 200 € (All expenses relating to the services provided shall be paid by the client in accordance with current market prices).
