Shopping Facilities

The nearest market to the complex is the A101 Supermarket which is 100 metres away, there are several more supermarkets and shops close by. The busy Alanya city is just over a 10 minute drive away, and has all the shopping facilities that you could need. The largest shopping centre of Alanya, Alanyum is just 5 minutes away. Here you will find a great range of stores and restaurants to enjoy.  There is also the large cash & carry, Metro just 350 metres from the project.

Health facilities

Over the last few years the Turkish government have been making great improvements to the health care system in Turkey. Currently in Alanya there are 3 large private hospitals, Baskent Hospital, Anatolia Hospital and Yasam Hospital.  The district polyclinic of Baskent Hospital is 250 metres from the project. There is also a brand new research hospital, which is a state hospital, Alanya ALKU hospital. This state of the art hospital was opened in 2017 and is just 250 metres away.

 Travelling facilities

There are 2 international airports within driving distance of this amazing complex. The first is the Alanya Gazipasa Airport which is 40 km away. This airport has some international flights each week but there are several flights throughout the day to and from the largest airports in Turkey. These include the brand new Istanbul airport and Sabiha Gokcen Airport in Istanbul. As well as several others. The larger of the two airports, the Antalya International Airport is located 125 km away. Here you will find many international flights arriving and departing daily.  Turkey also has a great bus system, giving you easy access to intercity travel with the main bus station of Alanya just 15 minutes from the complex.

There are a range of apartments available within the project. These include 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments, which range in size from 62.7 m² to 206 m^2.
