Each neighbourhood of Alanya has its own centre with a selection of restaurants and cafes. They cater to all tastes; wither you are looking for traditional Turkish food or something a little different. There are also restaurants which specialise in Russian, Persian, Chinese and European cuisine.

Along the beach front there are also a wide selection of cafes to sit and have a relaxing drink while watching the amazing views Alanya has to offer.  There is a great restaurant in the small shopping centre in Kargicak, which is a 5-minute walk away from the apartments.

Shopping Facilities

The Mahmutlar town centre 4 km away, and the closest supermarket to the complex is just 510 metres away. There are ais also a weekly local market set up in Mahmutlar, which is 3.5 km away.

The weekly market is set up every Tuesday and at the weekly market you will find a wide selection of locally grown organic fruits and vegetables, as well as cheeses, butter, olives, jams and more. The weekly market also has a selection of clothes, shoes, textiles and much more as well.

The busy Alanya city centre is 15 km away and has all the shopping facilities you could need. The largest shopping centre in Alanya, Alanyum is a 15-minute drive away. Alanya also has a several cash and carries, with the largest being Metro, which is a 10-minute drive away.

Health facilities

Over the last few years Turkey has made great improvements to the health care system. There are 4 hospitals in total. In 2017 the brand-new state of the art state hospital, Alaaddin Keykubat University Alanya Education and Research Hospital, was opened and offers treatment for both local residents and foreigners. It is located in Oba and there is also a modern dentistry hospital beside the state hospital. Within Alanya there are also 3 private hospitals. These are the Baskent University hospital, The Anatolia Hospital, and the Yasam Hospital. There also several smaller polyclinics in Mahmutlar that are equipped to deal with minor ailments.

Educational facilities

For families with school age children, Alanya has a wide selection of both public and private schools available. The majority of private schools in Alanya provide foreign students with lesson in English and aid them in learning Turkish. Alanya is also home to 2 universities. AHEP, the Alanya Hamd Emin Paşa University (AHEP) which is a private university is located in Cikcilli and the second is the Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University. Which was established in 2015 and is a public university, in Kestel, Alanya.  There are several public schools within Mahmutlar as well.

Travelling facilities

There are 2 international airports within driving distance of the brand new project in Kargicak Alanya. The first is the closest of the 2, the Alanya Gazipasa Airport, which is just 28 km from the apartment. Some international flights arrive and depart from Gazipasa Airport each week and there are also daily domestic flights to some of the largest airports in Turkey. These include the new Istanbul Airport, Sahiba Gokcen Airport in Istanbul and the Ankara Esenboga Airport.  The larger of the 2 airports is the Antalya International Airport which is 140 km away and there are several international and domestic flights which arrive and depart from Antalya every day.

Travelling within Turkey is very easy with the regular intercity buses that are available and travel all over Turkey. The main Alanya bus station is in the Alanya city centre.
