Luxury homes in Emerald Paradise, which is our 4th Emerald Project in Avsallar. We have already completed and delivered Emerald Park, Emerald Towers and Emerald Dreams. All of which are located in the fast-developing district of Avsallar. The latest edition to the Emerald family will be Emerald Grand Deluxe, launching in Autumn 2021.

Emerald Paradise is located 950 metres from the World famous Fugla beach and just 800 metres from the Avsallar town centre.

The project consists of 4 blocks with a total of 234 apartments. We have a range of floor plans and apartment types available. These include 1- or 2-bedroom apartments. 1-bedroom apartments range in size from 45 m² to 56 m². 2-bedroom apartments range in size from 69 m² to 80 m².

We also have 2, 3, or 4-bedroom penthouse apartments available. The 2-bedroom apartments range in size from 93 m² to 106 m². We have several 3-bedroom penthouse apartments with different floor plans which range in size from 108 m² to 154 m². The 4-bedroom penthouse apartments are 154 m².

Emerald Paradise also has a range of communal facilities. All designed with the comfort, enjoyment and security of residents in mind. Outdoor facilities include a large swimming pool with waterslides, a jacuzzi, a children’s swimming pool as well as a sunbathing area surrounded by the beautifully landscaped gardens. Emerald Paradise also has a tennis court, a basketball court, a play park and a great barbeque area.

The indoor facilities available within Emerald Paradise include a luxury 5-star spa centre. Which has a heated swimming pool, a Turkish bath, a sauna, a steam room, massage rooms and a relaxation area. There is also a fully equipped professional gym and a yoga and Pilates studio. Other facilities available within Emerald Paradise include a beautiful restaurant, a café, and a pool bar, as well as a games and recreational room, a kid’s club and a cinema. Emerald Grand Deluxe will have all the same facilities.

Restaurants and Cafes

Each neighbourhood of Alanya has its own centre with a selection of restaurants and cafes. They cater to all tastes; wither you are looking for traditional Turkish food or something a little different. There are also restaurants which specialise in Russian, Persian, Chinese and European cuisine. Along the beach front there are also a wide selection of cafes to sit and have a relaxing drink while watching the amazing views Alanya has to offer.

 Shopping Facilities

Avsallar town centre is just 800 metres away and has all the shopping facilities you will need. These include several supermarkets, clothing stores, furniture stores and more. The closest supermarket is 250 metres from Emerald Paradise.

Avsallar is also home to one of the largest weekly markets, the Avsallar Wednesday Bazaar. Which is set up every Wednesday just a 10 minute walk from Emerald Paradise.  At the weekly market you will find an unbelievable selection of locally grown organic fruits and vegetables, cheeses, homemade butter, olives, jams and more. The bazaar also has clothes, shoes, toys and home textiles to choose from.

The busy Alanya city centre is 25 km away and has a range of shopping facilities, including world known brand stores, amazing weekly bazaars, luxurious furniture stores and so much more. There are regular buses that run to and from the city centre.

Restaurants and Cafes

Each neighbourhood of Alanya has its own centre with a selection of restaurants and cafes. They cater to all tastes; wither you are looking for traditional Turkish food or something a little different. There are also restaurants which specialise in Russian, Persian, Chinese and European cuisine.

Health facilities

Over the last few years Turkey has made great improvements to the health care system. There are 4 hospitals in total. In 2017 the brand-new state of the art state hospital, Alaaddin Keykubat University Alanya Education and Research Hospital, was opened and offers treatment for both local residents and foreigners. It is located in Oba and there is also a modern dentistry hospital beside the state hospital. Within Alanya there are also 3 private hospitals. These are the Baskent University hospital, The Anatolia Hospital, and the Yasam Hospital. There also several smaller polyclinics in Avsallar that are equipped to deal with minor ailments, the closest polyclinic is 1.2 km away.

 Educational facilities

For families with school age children, Alanya has a wide selection of both public and private schools available. The majority of private schools in Alanya provide foreign students with lesson in English and aid them in learning Turkish. Alanya is also home to 2 universities. AHEP, the Alanya Hamd Emin Paşa University (AHEP) which is a private university is located in Cikcilli and the second is the Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University. Which was established in 2015 and is a public university, in Kestel, Alanya.  There are 5 public schools and several nursery schools in Avsallar.

Travelling facilities

There are 2 international airports within driving distance of Emerald Paradise. The first is the closest of the 2, the Alanya Gazipasa Airport, which is 60 km away. International flights arrive and depart from Gazipasa Airport each week and there are also daily domestic flights to some of the largest airports in Turkey. These include the new Istanbul Airport, Sahiba Gokcen Airport in Istanbul and the Ankara Esenboga Airport.  The larger of the 2 airports is the Antalya International Airport which is 90 km away and there are several international and domestic flights which arrive and depart from Antalya every day.

Travelling within Turkey is very easy with the regular intercity buses that are available and travel all over Turkey. The main Alanya bus station is in the Alanya city centre.
