The large cash and carry, Metro is just 1,1 km away, where you will find a wide selection of international brands.

The closest supermarket to this project is 370 metres away and there is also a large Migros 590 metres from the project. There is also a large weekly market set up every Thursday, 550 metres away in Tosmur. At the weekly market you will find a wide selection of locally grown organic fruits and vegetables, as well as locally produced cheeses, butter, olives, olive oil, jams and preserves.

With Alanya there are 4 main hospitals and several smaller polyclinics. 3 of the hospitals are private hospitals and there is 1 state of the art government hospital. The private hospitals are the Baskent Hospital, the Yasam Hospital and the Anatolia Hospital, all 3 are located in the Alanya city centre. The government hospital is the Alaaddin Keykubat University Alanya Education and Research Hospital, which is located 840 metres away. It was opened in 2017 and offers treatment for both local residents and foreigners and there is also a modern dentistry hospital beside the state hospital.  The Oba Baskent polyclinic is also located close by, 230 metres away.

Educational facilities

For families with school age children, Alanya has a wide selection of both public and private schools available. The majority of private schools in Alanya provide foreign students with lesson in English and aid them in learning Turkish.  Alanya is also home to 2 universities. AHEP, the Alanya Hamdullah Emin Paşa University, which is a private university and is located in Cikcilli. The second is the Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University. Which was established in 2015 and is a public university, in Kestel, Alanya. There are also several public and private nursery schools throughout Alanya.

The closest private school to the project is the TED college which has a large campus, and includes a nursery school, a primary school, a secondary school and a high school. It is 720 metres away from this luxury project.

Travelling facilities

Within driving distance of Alanya there are 2 international airports. The largest of the 2 airports is the Antalya International Airport which is 130 km away.  There are many international and domestic flights to and from Antalya every day.  The smaller of the 2 airports, the Alanya Gazipasa International Airport is just 37 km away. There are a few international flights each week to and from the Alanya Gazipasa International Airport, as well as several daily domestic flights. These include daily flights to and from some of the largest airports in Turkey, such as the new Istanbul Airport, Sahiba Gokcen Airport and the Ankara Esenboga Airport.
