Every Friday one of the largest and most popular local weekly markets is set up in the city centre, 1 km away. At this market not only will you find a vast selection of locally grown fruits and vegetables, cheeses, oils, home made butter and more. You will also find a great selection of clothing, shoes, toys, home textiles and more.

Restaurants and Cafes

Alanya is home to a great selection of restaurants and cafes. They cater to all tastes; wither you are looking for traditional Turkish food or something a little different. These include restaurants which specialise in Russian, Persian, Chinese and European cuisine. The closest restaurant is just 100 metres away.  Along the beach front, 250 metres, there are also a wide selection of cafes to sit and have a relaxing drink while watching the amazing views Alanya has to offer.

Travelling facilities

There are 2 international airports within driving distance of this project. The closest airport is the smaller of the 2, is the Alanya Gazipasa International Airport, which is 40 km away. Some international flights arrive and depart from Gazipasa Airport each week and there are also daily domestic flights to some of the largest airports in Turkey. These include the new Istanbul Airport, Sahiba Gokcen Airport in Istanbul and the Ankara Esenboga Airport. The second is the larger of the 2 airports, the Antalya International Airport, which is 127 km away. There are several international and domestic flights which arrive and depart from Antalya every day. Turkey also has well established bus routes in place, making intercity travel very easy in Turkey.

Health facilities

Over the last few years, the Government in Turkey has made great improvements and advancements to the health care system. Within Alanya there are a total of 4 hospitals. These include 3 private hospitals. They are the Baskent Hospital, the Anatolia Hospital and the Yasam Hospital, which is the closest 1 km away. There is also a large state of the art state hospital, the Alaaddin Keykubat University Alanya Education and Research Hospital. It was opened in 2017 and offers treatment for both local residents and foreigners and there is also a modern dentistry hospital beside the state hospital. You will also find many smaller polyclinics throughout Alanya, which are equipped to deal with minor ailments.

Educational facilities

For families with school age children, Alanya has a wide selection of both public and private schools available. The majority of private schools in Alanya provide foreign students with lesson in English and aid them in learning Turkish.  Alanya is also home to 2 universities. AHEP, the Alanya Hamdullah Emin Paşa University  which is a private university which is located in Cikcilli. The second is the Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University. Which was established in 2015 and is a public university, in Kestel, Alanya. There are also several public and private nursery schools throughout Alanya.
