Shopping Facilities

Just 700 metres from the project you will find the closest of 3 supermarkets, A-101, and there is also a small shopping centre 900 metres from the complex. Here you will find clothing stores, a Migros supermarket as well as a few other small stores. The closest town centre is Mahmutlar, 7 km away, where you will find several banks, supermarkets, pharmacies and other stores. Mahmutlar also has a range of restaurants and cafes.

Travelling facilities

Turkey has a very active bus system, giving you easy access to intercity travel. The Alanya bus station is located in the city centre and is approximately a 25 minute from the project. There are also 2 international airports within driving distance of this amazing project. The first is the Alanya Gazipasa Airport which is just 27 km away. This airport has some international flights each week. But there are several flights throughout the day to and from the largest airports in Turkey. Including the brand new Istanbul airport and Sabiha Gokcen Airport in Istanbul. As well as several others, including Ankara. The larger of the two airports, the Antalya International Airport is located 141 km away. Here you will find many international flights, both arriving and departing daily.

Nearest health facilities

Alanya has 3 large private hospitals, the Baskent university Hospital, the Anatolia hospital and the Yasam Hospital. All 3 of these hospitals are located within the Alanya city centre. Alanya also has 1 large university hospital, the Alanya ALKÜ hospital. This hospital is brand new, opened in 2017. The hospital is a 15 minute drive from the project. Mahmutlar and Kargicak also have several smaller health clinics in  which are equipped to deal with minor ailments.

Nearest Educational facilities

In Alanya not can you find several private schools for children of all ages, but there are also many public schools available as well. The closest private school to the project is the Alanya Doga College, located in Kestel, 12 km from the project. In both Mahmutlar and Kargicak you will also find several public primary schools, secondary schools and high schools, as well as day care centres and nursery schools. Alanya also has 2 universities, the first is AHEP (Alanya Hamd Emin Paşa University) in Cikcilli and the second is Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University  which was established in 2015 as a state university in Kestel, Alanya.
