There are over 15 restaurants, cafes, and bars available within the complex itself. These include ala cart restaurants, snack bars as well as patisseries. There is even an Irish pub within the complex.

Alanya is also home to a wide selection of restaurants and cafés, catering to all tastes. So, wither you are looking for traditional Turkish food or something a little different you are guaranteed to find some where perfect for you. In the Mahmutlar town centre, there are restaurants which specialise in Russian, Persian, Chinese and European cuisine as well as on the beach front just 1,6 km away.

Health facilities

Alanya is home to 4 large hospitals and several smaller polyclinics. 3 of these are private hospitals and 1 is a state of the art government hospital. The private hospitals are the Baskent Hospital, the Yasam Hospital, and the Anatolia Hospital. The private hospitals are all located within the Alanya city centre.  The government hospital is the Alaaddin Keykubat University Alanya Education and Research Hospital, is located in Oba, 14 km away. The hospital was opened in 2017 and offers treatment for both local residents and foreigners and there is also a modern dentistry hospital beside the state hospital.

Shopping Facilities

There are shopping facilities available within the complex itself and the lively Mahmutlar town centre is just a 5-minute drive away. Within the town centre you will find all the amenities that you could possibly need. These include several large supermarkets, pharmacies, clothing stores as well as much more.

The busy Alanya city centre is 18 km away and is easily reached with the regular buses that run to and from the city centre as well as the free shuttle service. The large shopping centre, Alanyum is 16 km away, as is the largest cash and carry in Alanya, Metro.

Travelling facilities

Within driving distance of this project there are 2 international airports.  The closest airport is the Alanya Gazipasa International Airport is 29 km away. There are a few international flights each week to and from the Alanya Gazipasa International Airport. As well as several daily domestic flights. These include daily flights to and from some of the largest airports in Turkey, such as the new Istanbul Airport, Sahiba Gokcen Airport and the Ankara Esenboga Airport. The largest of the 2 airports is the Antalya International Airport which is 150 km away.  There are many international and domestic flights to and from Antalya every day.
