On the ground floor of each villa there is a large open plan living room and kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom. The living room as well as the bedroom both open onto the spacious garden terrace. On the top floor there are 3 large double bedroom, and 2 bathrooms. One of which is a en-suite for the master bedroom. Each of the spacious bedrooms open on the balcony overlooking the private garden and swimming pool.

Within the private garden each villa has a private swimming pool and a barbeque area. Each villa also has a private garage, central air conditioning system, a Veito brand water heating system and a white goods package is also included. Shopping Facilities

This modern project is located in Oba, which is a very quiet and fast developing district of Alanya.

Alanya city centre is just 7,6 km away and has all the shopping facilities that you will need. These include several large supermarkets, clothing stores, furniture stores, and much more. There are also several banks, pharmacies, local butchers and green grocers as well.

There is a great local weekly market in Cikcilli. Where you will find a wide selection of locally grown organic fruits and vegetables. As well as local cheeses, butter, jams, preserves and many different kinds of olives, set up every Saturday, 3,5 km from the project.

Alanyum the largest shopping centre in Alanya is 5,6 km away and Metro the main cash & carry, where you will find a wide selection of international brands is 5,2 km away.

Each neighbourhood of Alanya has its own centre with a selection of restaurants and cafes. They cater to all tastes; wither you are looking for traditional Turkish food or something a little different. There are also restaurants which specialise in Russian, Persian, Chinese and European cuisine. Along the beach front, 5,6 km from this modern project, there are also a wide selection of cafes to sit and have a relaxing drink while watching the amazing views Alanya has to offer.

Educational facilities

For families with school age children, Alanya has a wide selection of both public and private schools available. The majority of private schools in Alanya provide foreign students with lesson in English and aid them in learning Turkish.  Alanya is also home to 2 universities, the first is AHEP, the Alanya Hamdullah Emin Paşa University, which is a private university which is located in Cikcilli. The second is the Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University, which was established in 2015 and is a public university, in Kestel, Alanya. There are also several public and private nursery schools throughout Alanya.

The closet school to this project is the Bahceshir college which has a nursery school, an elementary school, a middle school as well as a high school within its campus. The school is 3,8 km away.

Health facilities

There have been many improvements made to the health care system in Turkey over the last few years. There are a total of 4 hospitals within Alanya, these include 3 private hospitals and 1 government hospital. The private hospitals are the Baskent Hospital, the Anatolia Hospital and the Yasam Hospital. The large state of the art state hospital is the Alaaddin Keykubat University Alanya Education and Research Hospital, which is located 4,6 km away. It was opened in 2017 and offers treatment for both local residents and foreigners. There is also a modern dentistry hospital beside the state hospital.

Travelling facilities

There are 2 international airports within driving distance of these luxury villas, the closest airport is the smaller of the 2, is the Alanya Gazipasa International Airport, which is 42 km away. Some international flights arrive and depart from Gazipasa Airport each week and there are also daily domestic flights to some of the largest airports in Turkey. These include the new Istanbul Airport, Sahiba Gokcen Airport in Istanbul and the Ankara Esenboga Airport. The second is the larger of the 2 airports, the Antalya International Airport, which is 132 km away. There are several international and domestic flights which arrive and depart from Antalya every day. Turkey also has well established bus routes in place, making intercity travel very easy in Turkey.
